ct9999 is an online gaming platform operated at ct9999.ws and designed specifically for the Pakistani market. The platform provides access to a range of online games including but not limited to Teen Patti, Ludo, Fishing Games, Roulette, Poker, and Slots. All transactions on ct9999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

By registering a ct9999 account or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms supersede any previous terms that may have applied to your use of ct9999.

ct9999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of ct9999 after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

To open and use a ct9999 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no stated maximum, but ct9999 may impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion for security or responsible gaming reasons.
• Deposits are credited to your ct9999 wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact ct9999 support with the transaction reference.

Withdrawals

ct9999 processes withdrawals to verified Pakistani payment accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. There are no ct9999 platform fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. ct9999 may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a new or different payment method.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours. ct9999 makes no guarantees about processing times that are outside our direct control.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, ct9999 may require that identity verification has been completed. Accounts that have not completed verification may be restricted from withdrawals.
• ct9999 reserves the right to delay, review, or decline any withdrawal request if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending bonus wagering requirements.

Bonuses and Promotions

ct9999 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion.

• All bonuses are credited in bonus funds, not real-money PKR, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money balance by satisfying the wagering requirements associated with the specific bonus.

• ct9999 does not permit the use of wagering tools, automated scripts, or betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering requirements. ct9999 may void bonuses and reverse associated winnings if such activity is detected.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on ct9999 are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. In all cases, the result determined by the ct9999 system at the conclusion of a game round is final. ct9999 will not reverse settled game results except in cases of proven technical malfunction that materially affected the outcome.

• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault on ct9999's systems before the result is determined, the round will be voided and any stake returned to the player's wallet.
• If a technical fault occurs after a result has been determined and communicated to the player, the result stands. ct9999 is not responsible for results affected by faults in your device, internet connection, or local network.

Referral Programme

ct9999 operates a referral programme that allows existing players to earn PKR bonuses by introducing new players to the platform. The referral programme is subject to the following terms:

• Referral bonuses are payable only for genuinely new ct9999 players who register using your referral link or code and make a qualifying first deposit.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create a second account — are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and termination of the accounts involved.

• In cases of account termination for breach, ct9999 may forfeit any balance in the account — including real-money balance — if that balance was obtained through activity that violated these Terms.
• If your account is terminated for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., you request closure yourself), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable deductions.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting ct9999 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
• ct9999 may also suspend accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. You will be notified before suspension is applied and given an opportunity to reactivate your account.

Changes to These Terms
